I''ve set up a Gift Cert item but assigned it to be viewable only by one Customer Group.

However it seems the other customer group can still view this Gift item. One reason could be Gift items are not picked up in "normal" product search or browse but thru the Buy a Gift Certificate link in Customer Account.

Does this mean Gift Certificate is viewable by all customers and won''t obey the Customer Group Access Permission settings in Products Edit page?

Hi,

Have you tried submitting a ticket to VPASP helpdesk? This could to be a bug.
