How can we make the slidebanners clickable to a link?

we have this datas for every banner:

title
description
width
height
resize y/n


we need to put a new value...

link (insert url or page)

I don''t have 8 yet but I think this can be accomplished by using Bootstrap''s Carousel.

Here is a sample code:
