Is there anything in the administration to hide taxes from being shown unless a customer logs in?
Aside from producing errors, it doesn''t make sense for us to show the taxes before login because we don''t know where the customer is ordering from so I would like to hide it.

Are you saying that your website is actually showing a tax amount without a user being logged in? If that''s the case, the software could have a bug. No tax should be shown, since the cart does not know what to use for the calculation.

This is a bug in 8.00.8. We have fixed this in the 8.00.9 update which will be released shortly.
