Hi all
I have found out that the categories Flyout and Dropdown menu features on the sidebar, does not work in VP-ASP 8.
Does anybody know how to fix this issue? |

Can you please make sure you have the very latest version installed on your site.
This will fix any issues with the side bar.

I have the latest.
1-I go to admin panel set flyout
2-Nothing
3-Try dropdown
4-Nothing
5- Deleted site and try fresh install VPCart 8.0.0.8
6-Same failed result |

Forgive me, just forgot to mention an important detail, that it does not work with IE 11, but it works with Safary 5.1.7 and Firefox 35.0.1 just fine.
I can''t post url because the site is not live. I can''t put a site live if is not working the way I need. Besides it will make no difference since they both run same Microsoft IIS.
I am sure you can get a fresh version like me and it will give you same results ( I have version VP 7 and it works fine), the 8 version is the problem when using IE 11

I''m running IE 11.0.9600.17801 update Version 11.0.19. My flyout category menus work fine. A little slow on first load, about 8 seconds, but hopefully there will be some updates to the menu to improve speed and allow us to stipulate how many subcategory levels to include.
Just thought I''d let you know.

I have same versions of IE that you mentioned, but Flyout and Dropdown don''t work at all. However they work fine on Safary and Firefox.
I''ll keep playing with it, but I never have any menu problems on any browser with VP 7. One would hope this one should be perfect for everyone.

try to clear your browser cookies/histories, it works with me with all browsers

I haven''t been able to find the issue yet.
However, one interesting fact is that I can see the Flyout menu of the VP 8 live demo on the web without any problem. Why? |
