This has been a problem for awhile, but with the increase in Christmas orders, we are seeing it more often now.

A customer places an order. The billing info goes into custaddress. If they do not add a shipping address, it automatically populates shipaddress with custaddress. If they choose to enter a different shipping address, then it overwrites. so far, so good.

The problem is if there is a custaddress2 (or a company name). As an example:

Bill address:
John Doe
111 Main Street
Apt. 2
Hometown, MD USA

Ship address:
Jane Doe
222 Elm Street
Apt. 2
Hometown, MD USA

The ''apt. 2'' carries over, even though there is no apartment to deliver to.

It strikes me the programming on this should be simple, but I don''t know where to look. Can anyone help?

Hi Lori,

Please ensure xshippingsetfields in the online config is set to No.

Let me know if this is already set.

Thank you.
