my tellafriend.asp page is getting a duplicate domain strung together which causes a 404 error.
for example https://www.mystore.com/tellafriend.asp" target="_blank">http://www.mystore.com/https://www.mystore.com/tellafriend.asp

Do you know where this duplication might come from?

Hi Michael,

In your shop$config.asp file can you please make sure in the xmysite setting that you have the full url plus to http:// at the start of the url.

Let me know if this does not fix.

wouldn''t my whole site have an issue ? I only have the double domain for the tell a friend url''s.

Hi Michael,

it could possibly be coming from the tmp_productformat.htm file. Did you manally add in the link for tell a friend on the template? Or did you alter the [add_hyperlinks] ?

Hi,

Was the URL displayed on the top navigation? If so, you might need to change the URL on the admin page to just tellafriend.asp.

first of all, are you in version 7 or 6 ? in v7 , tell a friend is inside tabbed area in product extended page. i dont think there is link to other page for this.
