I have a client who is upgrading and wants to use the import from the product page in the admin to add/update their products. They are using a csv file format to import. The problem I am running into is that they use double quotes (") to denote inches in their cdescriptions and that is causing the import to think the field has ended and then we get errors because the ensuing fields have incorrect data. Do you have a work around for that?

I would recommend to change the double quotes character to """ (without quotes) code. This is the HTML code for double quotes character. For more information about this, please refer to the following page:
