Hello,

Recently my website was set to use cloudflare nameservers. Then today i tried to connect to ftp using the domain name but the connection fails. Does any cloudflare configuration causes problem as ftp was working fine before updating nameservers.

Dear Madison,

Most probably the A record for the website is proxied in cloudflare DNS settings. So when you connect to ftp you will get connected to cloudflare ip instead of actual server ip address. To overcome this problem you can connect to ftp using the actual server ip address of the website. You can find it in plesk control panel if you have an hosting account with us, otherwise please ask your hosting provider.
