Running version 9 about 3 updates back customers starting to get Unauthorized administrator error message before or after customer information page. This happens to 1 out of 4 trying to buy and then they cannot get out of that situation. Is there sessions variables that can be reset or option I need to set. This is really causing a problem with sales.
