When I''m viewing a list of products thru this template (usually from a search or category list), there are two views I can choose - list or table.

Default is list view.

Supposing my list has more than 1 page, and if I change to table view (ie prod displayed in 2-3 columns instead of listing), and then change to Page 2, it''ll revert back to List view.

Is this the expected behavior? Any way I can make the "view choice" sticks when customer moves from page to page?

Hi Jack,

I think that can be done with custom code. http://www.vpasp.com/virtprog/development.htm

Thank you.

Hi Serj, just try your link and seems error when opened.

update :

Hm.. sorry, I think your url is right, but the forum delete automatically from 3x "-" to -

so just change 17-Product-Formatting-Templates to 17-Product-Formatting- - -Templates (with no spaces)

Thanks

Thanks guys for the link and corrected link :P

But that''s not what I wanted the UI to be. I''m not looking to lock down the display in one view.

I would still like to offer two views but what''s happening is when user switches to the secondary view, whenever he flips to the next (or previous) page, system loses that info and displays the next (or previous) page in the default view.
