The issue is when i am uploading the image for the product, it does not show me the option to automatically create a thumbnail or to resize the image, am i missing something?

My server provider have already installed aspjpeg in the server, but i can''t still see the option.

Help Please.

Hi,

Have you checked that Persits ASP JPEG entry is set to Available in Diagnostic Manager in your site''s admin page? It could be reached through Home » Misc » Diagnostic Manager » Server Components menu.

This entry need to be displayed as Available to indicates that the component is properly installed.
