Hi,

I am getting a blank customer confirmation email if the order includes a bundle product/item.

Confirmation email works fine for regular orders but not for orders that include bundles only or other products plus bundled product.

Hi,

Have you checked that xemailformat value is match with other email template options? For example, if you have set xemailformat to Text, then xmerchantemail should be set to tmp_merchantemail.txt, not tmp_merchantemail.htm.

You might want to search the options using "mail" keyword to find all options that related to email configuration.
