I am trying to use MySQL Front to connect to my database hosted with VPASP Hosting. Settings were working in April now I can''t connect. This is how I upload my products, etc. Any suggestions?

Hi there,

Its possible your IP has changed and we might need to add your new IP to the whitelist.

If you post a ticket in the helpdesk and include your IP we can try this for you.

The IP address I have for the FTP works. I use CoffeCup FTP and can sing in through it. Is there anything else can I can check?

I do not have anymore support points and cannot afford to buy more right now.

We do not charge points for hosting issues. If you host with us we will update the IP onto the whitelist for you.
