 empty row in oitems table causing server error msg		  New Topic  Reply to Topic

We are having an inconsistent issue with shopping cart inserting a blank or empty line into the oitems table which then causes a server error message to display when trying to access that blank record. It is happening just after the customer enters all the credit card info and the presses the continue button to finish processing the order. So far we have not be able to repeat the behavior but we know it is happening because customers are complaining and we see the blank record in the oitems table under the failed order #.

Any help would be appreciated!

Hi,

could this also be related to your empty cart issue post from last month? Or did you get that issue fixed?

Sorry, been busy and forgot to post the resolution. That issue was resolved. It was the transition from http to https that was causing the empty cart issue. This one is totally different.
