Hi,

When I go to add an affiliate through website back-end it is only showing:

firstname
lastname
address
city
state
postcode
country
company
phone
website
workphone
mobilephone
fax
email
comment
logincount
logindate

Fields not the rest which are:

affother1
affother2
affother3
Commission Rate
Orders
Total Commission
Type of Payment
Bank/Bank Account/Etc
Password
Direct URL
Referral ID
Master Commission Rate
Template

Why is this happening? I have checked the MS SQL database and those fields are there.
Please advise.

i dont have such issue in my backend.

affother1
affother2
affother3
Commission Rate
Orders
Total Commission
Type of Payment
Bank/Bank Account/Etc
Password
Direct URL
Referral ID
Master Commission Rate
Template

I see they all listed at my backend.
maybe check your shopa_editrecord.asp file compare with default one.

Hi Diego,

I find the problem. If I comment out the following line it will load completely.

Around line: 310 in shopa_editrecord.asp
if instr(lcase(fieldname),"time") > 0 then fieldvalue = FormatDateTime(fieldvalue,vblongtime)

Can server settings cause that?
It is IIS 7.5

that could be time format issue. that code u just mentioned is to format the time.
i think its fine to comment that out.
