I''m being asked to take over support of an existing system. How do I determine which package I have? I have access to the Administration logon but I don''t know which package has been purchased or what options are available to me. The store owner is not very computer savvy and the person who set up the site to this point is not very forthcoming with information. Any suggestions or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

mark, its easy, dun worry. if ur using version 7, you should see config folder. inside config folder, you should see shop$version.asp file, open that file in maybe notepad and u get the version.
in other case, if ur cannot see config folder, means it could be 6.50 or below version. search for file shop$version.asp in the root. and open it in notepad, u should get the version of the sofrware.
good luck finding it/ diego. |

Diego, thank you very much for your reply. Currently, I only have access to the owner''s site through the ''VPASP Shopping Cart Control Panel''. If I understand you, I need her to give me FTP access to the ISP. Am I correct?
