We've got a large help section devoted to how-to questions and other issues on this:

http://www.bigyellowzone.com/support/categorized.asp?PID=9&level=2
(note there are more than 15 issues, so use the "next" link at the bottom to view more)

From what I can gather from feedback we've had so far, the largest issue that people have is generally how best to integrate it into their existing side panel links, ie it's relatively simple to get it creating the pages, it's just a question of how different you want it to look from the default and how you want it linked-into from your side panels.

It's a constantly evolving addon. Whenever we install/integrate it for someone we often end up enhancing the generic addon under our own time along the way for some aspects that we think other people will find useful (which is why sometimes, an "integration" that we do might only be charged at an hour, but actually takes us more like 4 hours because we spend the first 3 hours enhancing the generic addon to cater for something specific to the current integration that we're doing). That's why an installation/integration for some modules can sometimes end up taking longer than initially expected, because we sometimes change the generic addon as part of that process (and that generic addon change obviously doesn't get charged)
