Hello
I am used to working in asp within Dreamweaver.

Using DW with a local site and a remote server at localhost when I press F12 default.asp runs correctly.

However if I try to run (open) the same page from localhost/mysite/default.asp in IE or FF then the browser opens the page showing the code only
Is this correct or am I doing something wrong.

please check is the URL is http://localhost/mysite/default.asp
Make sure is URL is not file://C:/Interpub/wwwroot/mysite/default.asp

If cannot resolve, check your dreamweaver setting:
Manage Sites - Edit the site - Testing Server
Check the URL Prefix, what is the URL. and using that URL should be able to access the default.asp
