In the admin, there is a little summary on the left that says

Today's sales : 0
Month's Sales : 0
Year's Sales : US$127.46
Customers : 687

This month alone, I have done about $15 000, why are these numbers incorrect. Is there something I have to reset ?

Hi there,

You need to process your orders for the updated amounts to display.

It is also a good idea to process your orders as this will remove the credit card number automatically from the order record if you are taking card details and processing manually.

I have processed all my orders. I do that as I ship them.
I check the box and click mark as processed.

Any other ideas ? Thanks

hi,

I just found out that the Sales Stats will updated itself only if the
xendofordervalidpayments value type same as Payment type select by user (such as, Visa,Mastercard,Cash)

Meaning it'll not updated if just processed it.

for example:

The value for xendofordervalidpayments is Visa,Mastercard or Cash. And you have Other Payment type Check, Cash and Phone Order. If user select cash as payment type. Under order detail you processed it the Sales Stats will updated. If user select Check or Phone as payment type, the Sales Stats will not updated.

i have a problem with the merchant summary!!
in the coloumn of amount there aren't number...only NaN.00

Why???
