How we can set up a website such that it is accessible or can be browsed from US only. Any easy solution available?

The easy solution would be using cloudflare service. You can modify firewall rules in cloudflare to enable US and block other countries. Please see

Many hosting providers offer firewall services. You could ask your host to handle this for you. If you''re hosting your own site, don''t want to use Cloudflare for some reason, and are comfortable with IIS you can use the IP and Domain Restrictions web server feature (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/iis/configuration/system.webserver/security/ipsecurity/) to accomplish this as well.
