 Mailbox disk usage in plesk

Hi,

Mails to my email address found bouncing with disk quota full message. I have deleted most of the mails from my email account but still shows the same disk usage. Why plesk not showing updated disk usage?

Dear Eathan,

Plesk will show updated disk usage details after statistics calculation is completed, which happens normally within 24 hours. Please check the mailbox disk usage statistics later. Since you have already deleted the old mails, new mails should be already working.
