Hello,

We normally use webmail.domain-name to access the webmail on your server. But we have noticed that the url is showing a ssl certificate warning now. Does something changed?

Dear Madison,

It is a known issue after plesk update on our servers and we have created an alternate secure url to access webmail. Please create a helpdesk ticket with your actual domain name and we can provide you the secure webmail url.
