Questions...

1) How many of you have your VPCart database on MSSQL?

2) and how many of you are using MSSQL Express Edition to run your VPCart database?

I wanted to see if Express Edition is capable of supporting a SME storefront with VPCart.

1) We have hundreds of customer sites using MSSQL currently.

2) VPCart will run on all kind of MSSQL edition.

Ours is on a MSSQL Standard so yes it certainly can run on this db engine but whats the percentage - rough guess? - of those customers using MSSQL that''s actually implementing this on the Express Edition?

Hello,

The Express edition is normally found used by customers who are testing our VPCart software. For Live cart customers found using MSSQL Standard and Enterprise editions. Most of the hosted websites with us using MSSQL database if the database size is very large.
