In product template, when an item description is too long, a "Read more" link will be displayed.

Can this be disabled as default ie to show all item description? Tq

Hello,

Thank you for your query.

We have a config xproduct_readmore which shows value of the max-height for the product short description in shopdisplayproducts.asp and shoexd.asp. Every description that is longer to xproduct_readmore value will be truncated and will have read more button. The default value is 200 and you may try increasing the value accordingly and the readmore button won''t be shown.

You can modify the config xproduct_readmore from ''VPcart admin >> Advanced settings >> Software Configuration'' section in VPCart admin panel.
