Hi there,

I am trying to submit a contact form which us captcha protected, but I keep getting the message "Please tick the box to let us know you are not a robot."

Generated new CAPTCHA V2 site key and secret key and updated xrecaptchav2_secretkey and xrecaptchav2_sitekey to match. But the error still occurs. What might be wrong?

Hello,

Sorry to hear that you are facing issue with captcha. Under VPCart admin >>advanced settings >> software configuration, search for config ''xcaptchamethod'' and set its value as recaptcha.
