I seemingly cannot get the invoices for my website. So my business is in critical condition now. I have checked the mail configurations and which seems good. How can i troubleshoot it further. Any help appreciated. It''s urgent.

Hello,

If you suspect the mail settings are correct please check the spam/trash folder of the recipient for the missing mails.

Otherwise you may double check the mail settings from your vpcart admin panel, mainly xemail, xemailsmtpport, Xemailsystem, xemailusername and xemailpassword configs under vpcart admin >> advanced settings >> software configuration.

Also you can use diagnostic manager to send test email, so that you can know if your site is able to send email using the configurations you have entered. Diagnostic Manager is located in VPCART Control Panel :Misc » Diagnostic Manager.
