Hi,

Most of the major shopping carts found sending abandoned cart mails to the customers, so customers can continue ordering the product and thus increase the sales.

I have came to know that it is possible in vpcart too. How it can be set up? Thanks in advance for the help.

Hello,

Yes, We have an abandonedcart module available and can be set up easily. This module helps to send follow up emails to customers who have abandoned their cart before completing their order. Please go to '' VPCart admin >> Modules > Modules Manager > locate the module name "abandonedcart" > click Edit button'' to configure the module. For more details you may refer our video tutorial below.

A scheduler need to be created to send notification mails to customers. The tutorial refers to setting up scheduled task via plesk control panel. If you are using any other control panel please set up the scheduled task accordingly.
