Hello,

My cart was setup to allow product reviews. One of my suppliers today went to leave me some product reviews but the system indicates the feature is disabled. I am not sure how to allow product reviews however it was set up before to allow them. How it can be enabled again?

Hello,

Sorry to hear that you are facing issue with product review. Firstly, you may check the configs and see whether the option is disabled. For this please follow the steps below.

1) Go to VPCart admin >> advanced settings >> software configurations

2) In the search box type in xallowratingproducts and click search button.

3) The value should be set to ''yes'' and click ''continue'' button.

4) Similarly set the config xallowratingsummary to Yes from your administration.

Please check and let us know whether the issue persists.
