I have seen a demo store

The transparent description box "Take the long road home" with ''shop now'' button in slider is amazing.

Right now i have a store with 5 main categories. My plan is to add 5 banner images corresponding to each category and ''shop now'' button in the middle of banner pointing to respective category.

I have managed to add the description box from layout manager but it doesn''t looks transparent and hides the background image portion.

Does anybody have idea to make it transparent.

Hello Alex,

We appreciate your comment regarding our demo store. Please follow the steps below to make the description box in slider transparent. Adding the steps in detail so others can also follow :)

1. Login to VPCart admin panel and go to ''website >> Layout manager'' from top menu.

2. Click ''Edit'' button against ''Top Slider Banners Container'' box.

3. You may refer the following helpguide to add your own banner images.

4. Click ''Edit'' icon against the banner image you have uploaded and it will show a pop up window.

5. Click on box ''Caption BG Color'' and it will show a color pick up pop up window. Please choose ''Slider'' to pick your color and use the ''opacity'' slider to change the transparency of the description box.
