Hello,
The page background can be changed from design manager option in vpcart admin panel.
The steps are given below.
1. In your shop administration, go to ''website'' >> ''Design manager''
2. Click ''Custom'' tab and choose “Page” from the “Section” dropdowns.
3. From “Page Background Colour” pick your own background colour
4. Click "save" button and then click "ok" button
5. Now go your website and refresh the page to view the new background color
