It would be nice to have more e-mail alert
In the registration form it would be a flag "Do you want to be notified of all the steps in your order?" if you flag, you''ll receive all steps, if not, just the delivery mail
The step could be:
1) order confirmation [already present]
2) order being processed [not present] > e-mail sended when you stamp or download the order
3) order shipped [already present]
4) invoice downloadable [not present] > e-mail sended when you upload the pdf
