Hi,
As always you guys did a great job on the new cart.
I was checking it quickly and I think it would be great to:
1-Add a comment box inside the admin panel > customer edit page so we, as admin can put some private note in regards of the customer for our self.
2- The new password is encrypted which is great, but how we as admin can update customers password? or see the current one to reset it?

For your second query, the customers can reset the password by going to shopmailpwd.asp which is the ''Forgot your password?'' page. Enter the ''last name'' and ''email'' address and submit the forgot password form. After that an email will be sent to to the customer email with the instructions to reset the password.

Hi Alex,
I know customer can do that but the whole point is Admin of a website should have full control. What if the customer is on the phone with you and wants you to do that or you would like to log in as your customer to see their wish list as an example or for any other purpose.
