I am attempting to configure VP8 to charge shipping on an item which has zero cost, but should have a shipping cost charged when shipped to an international address. The items are marked freeshipping=false and the International shipping option is listed in checkout, but the Free Shipping option also appears. I suppose Free Shipping appears because there''s no order value. How to make the free shipping option go away and have only the paid shipping option appear?

Thanks for any help/ideas

how about xshippingfreeproducts options? already set to No ?
