Figuring i should test the upgrade to 8.1 i ran through a purchase as a customer... i can log in .. add product to cart .. as soon as i put my shipping details in and click next i get a " unauthorized administrator" error...
mind you im logged in as a customer to make a purchase...
HELP !!!

Make sure you are logged out of your admin panel first. Then login as a customer and try ordering.

Hi Joe,
I have test this on my localhost, and seems everything works without any issue, seems you have issue with the session, maybe you should try it on chrome incognito mode.

| thanks for the replies ... nope doesn''t matter what computer I use "ones I have never logged in as an admin" my ipad or phone.. same problem... |

the issue seems related with cookies session, there''s a lot of thing that might solve this, try to contact your hosting provider to set preffered domain in plesk

| nothing to do with cookies.. I''m trying it on an ipad that never logged in as an administrator.. even tried it on a couple other clients machines that never went to the site... hosting provider not running plesk.. its on a dedicated server |

there''s a lots of possibilities, could be also from shipping module that not properly installed, did you get the error when trying to go shopcustomer?
