Am using VPCart 8.0. Wanted to make changes to the choice of fields to be shown in the Products View/Edit table columns

...admin/shopa_editdisplay.asp?table=products

I''ve browsed thru the ASP code file but can''t find which sub sets up the table query (fieldnames) to make this change. Does anyone know?

Hi Jack,

The fields are pulled automatically from the table. So what is shown are the first fields.

You can change the number of fields shown in the config but if you want to change the actual fields a cheat would be to move them around in the database.

Hi Cam, thanks for your reply.

I''d figured that''s the likely situation when I couldn''t find any specific Subs to do the SQL fetch for Products, and that table is simnply listing the first 5 fields from the table.

Alrite, I''ll just reorder the column via SQL Enterprise Manager if I still needed to move some columns to the display table.
