Supposing a customer has an order with many items but he raised an RMA on one of them. Later he found another issue and wishes to raise another RMA (on the same order but different item).

It seems the current system only allows RMA once per order. How do we work around this issue?

hi Jak

If im not wrong, it''s possible using RMA for each product in the same order. Just go to My Account > Review previous Orders > Choose your Orders number.

Daniel, yeah I saw the options now. Thanks for the info.

If customer clicks RMA from the Previous Order History, that''s to RMA the entire order.
But if customer opens a previous order and then clicks on the RMA next to the product item, that''ll RMA the product itself.
