I''ve updated two of my sites to 8.0.0.10.2 without problems. they are running just fine.

My third site gives me a ''Server 500 Error'' only on my home page.

I want to do a FULL update so I downloaded the FULL install.

I know if I copy all files from the FULL install to my site, the cart will try to do an upgrade again. I don''t want that.

I know I''ve seen it somewhere how you stop the cart from going through the upgrade steps a second time but I just can''t find it in the forums.

Cam, can you help?

Restored 8.0.0.9 and site is working again.

Anyone recall what file to change so copying the full set of 8.0.0.10.2 files doesn''t step through the upgrade process?

Hi Dale,

Can you post this in the helpdesk and I will have a look for you.

In version 8.00.5 we included an update to numbers to the container records so if you run the upgrade wizard it will not recreate them.

If you look in the container box table does the very last field have numbers at least up to 62 in it?

If it does you can run the upgrade wizard safely.

If not post in our helpdesk and we will have a look for you.
