Hi Vaheh,

That sounds like an error message generated by SQL Server. Are you using SQL or Access?

If you are using SQL Server ... has the error dissapeared or does it keep showing up? Usually it happens when something repeatedly triggered log entries and the server hasn''t had time to shrink or clean it up. If it still shows up, you might have something triggering the SQL Server transaction log and you need to investigate.

Hi John,

SQL Server 2008.
There is no error!. Log file last night was 13GB while the DB itself is around 13MB!
SQL log file shows for every single products it is actually doing INSERT - update - DELETE many times until it crashes like aa endless loop.

Thanks for your comment.

Vaheh

Dear Vaheh,

We have replied to your helpdesk ticket and would also share this to the forum users :

Could you please forward these steps to your web host provider do to for you :

1. Open sql management studio

2. Right click the selected database name.

3. Choose Properties.

4. Option

5. Change Recovery model to Simple.

6. Shrink database log file.

The database log file will become 2MB after shrink process and won''t be growth again.

Thank you.
