This field does not exist in the Catergory table but it is needed to use a custom template across all products in the category.

Any ideas?

Hi John,

The field should exist in your categories table.

The field name is catproducttemplate

You do not have this?

Hi Cam,

Thank you for your update.

Yes, the field does exist and it works when clicking the category.

I should have been more specific and asked if there is a way to affect the shopexd of all items under a category? It would seem like this is not possible so I just made a new field in the Category table and then modified the shopexd.asp to look for it.
