I have had this character turn up in a cname field. Because it is in this field the SEO Manager generated link would not work.

Can anyone tell me how to run a query to search my product table to see if this occurs anywhere else?

Hi Sharon,

in your admin panel go to the Misc, Query & Export and in the query Memo field copy and paste in the following query (remove the space in SELE CT and make double quotes into single quotes)

SELE CT cname, ccode, cdescription FROM products WHERE cname LIKE "%#65533;%" OR cdescription LIKE "%#65533;%" OR extendeddesc LIKE "%#65533;%";


The click the Run Query button. You can change the field names to include any other fields with (text) data that you think may need to be checked.

I ran this and found 4 entries that I didn''t know about. We use ½ and ° symbols which sometimes does not get formatted properly when written to the database.

I''ll send you a notepad file with the query on it. The forum post won''t format the black diamond symbol properly.
