When you open the Shop Configuration you can find:
xSliderAutoRotatePauseTime
The value for slider auto rotate pause time.
xSliderfadedegree
The value for slider fade degree.

What are this used for?

Hi Sonia,

it refers to a products slider display function which you can add to your site through the admin panel layout manager eg for featured random products etc. We have one at the foot of the left column on our site if you want to see it in action.
The field xSliderAutoRotatePauseTime refers to how long to display each product. Ours is set to 5000 = 5 seconds
The field xSliderfadedegree refers to how much you want the images to fade between each display. We don''t have any fade so ours is set to 100 (the minimum value)

related with slider, i hope with version 8, vpasp will have slider built in with package

Hi Serj,

the slider is built in to version 7. You can access it through the layout manager when you create a box for featured or random products you have the option dropdown menu to show the box as a slide show Yes/No

OH yes now I see, I have it the featured products.
Do you think is possible to use it in other boxes like the New products?
