When I click to zoom on an image, I just get some text that says "Loading" did I do something wrong?

Hi,

Make sure that all images of that particular product do have a largeextraimage for every image. If one is missing, none of the images will zoom.

plz go to edit product administration and see if the zoom images have value ??
you should missed to enter the images or maybe the images not exist.
