Why is it that I can only update my products etc using Internet Explorer?

For example, if I use Safari or Chrome and change the stock level of a product on my 6.5 cart it says it''s updated, but doesn''t actually save.

I can only get it to save in IE which is a pain as you cant install IE on a MAC and I''ve just bought a new MacBook

Hi mark,

I would think the most likely reason is that your site is using an old version of the HTML editor and this is stopping the updates.

If you go into advanced and click update it will allow saving or you might want to upgrade your admin to the latest version.

You can upgrade the admin without affecting the front of the store if you want to use the latest features available.

mark, i got the same issue like you in the past 2-3years ago i think but i already upgraded to their vpasp 7 and it seems i did not have such issue.perhaps you should try to upgrade
