Hi there,
My apologies for this.
The BIOS of the HYPERVISOR that is behind a bank of our Cloud servers became corrupted so it had to be updated,
Until this was completed we could not restart the VM servers unfortunately.
Once completed everything started up smoothly and without issue.
I am confident that with the update the issues caused by this HYPERVISOR have now been resolved.
It has been a frustrating experience trying to find out what was causing the issue and I apologise again for the problems caused by the failure of the equipment.
