Hi

I am getting an email through shopquestion.asp but when order is complete I as a admin and also my customer are not getting any emails.

I am using one page checkout + DPM method for the payment.

If it is not HTML email I am getting it but I want it to be HTML email.

Settings are as follow.

xcustomeremail = tmp_customeremail.htm
Xdownloadsemail = No
xemail = "[email protected]"
xemailcustomer = yes
xemailformat = Html
xemaillist = tmp_emaillist.txt
xemailmerchant = yes
xemailname = "bla bla"
xemailremovehtml = No

xemailsubject = About Your Order
xemailsystem = "mail......com"
xemailtype = cdosys
xemailwithtemplates = yes
xendoforderhyperlinkemail = no
xmerchantemail = tmp_merchantemail.txt

I don''t know why HTML is not working.
Please help me.

vaheh, maybe check if the file tmp_customeremail.htm is exist in your site ? make sure it is exist.
