I would like to offer shopping by multiple categories. I have a clothing store that has the main categories of SHOP, COLLECTION, SIZE, STYLE, PRICE and COLOR. These all have sub categories.

I have my products tagged in all of these sub categories that apply.

I want people to be able to click on as many sub categories as they want to narrow the results.

For example, they may click on GUYS under SHOP and then narrow it down by clicking on the PROMO COLLECTION and then click on BLUE under COLOR.

You can see what I am trying to accomplish at http://inkhousetees.com/shopDisplayCategories.asp

Please let me know if there is a way to do this or if there is a better way to go about it.

I think what you're after is dynamic filters; we've got that here:
Enhanced Paging/Searching for VPASP - BYZ116:
ie the narrow-down/refine box on the left panel is context-sensitive, it only shows options that relate to what you clicked on.

and, we've also got this:
Product Attributes from Features/Categories for VPASP - BYZ175:

If you combined the 2 things, ie if you had BYZ116 installed and then configured byz116's dynamic filters to use the attribute data you created from BYZ175, then I think that'd do everything you're after.

I think you'd also need BYZ055 to fill in the missing gaps going up the categories branches in prodcategories:
Product/Category Fixing/Reporting Utils for VP-ASP - BYZ055:

(if you're thinking of getting more than 2 or 3 addons, then addon subscription would usually be cheaper) -
BYZ Member Plan Subscription - BYZ147:

You can see that kind of narrow-down/refine logic if you go here:

feel free to play around on that demo/dev site as it'll give you a flavour of how it all works.
