I want to be able to Upload a PDF file version of a newsletter. Where is this done in the admin panel.

I moded the shopa_import2.asp to allow .pdf as one of the file types.
const xuploadtypes = "txt, csv, pdf" 'Allowed file types for import upload facility (separate each extension with a comma)

But when the file uploads it is blank or corrupt.

Thanks, help appreciated.

this should be working, i tested myself :
1. go to Admin and go to Store » Products » Add Product
2. go to Editor on the "Short Description"
3. click "Insert" tab & click on the "Image".
4. u see a popup window, and u click on the "folder" icon beside the "Source:"
5. u see "Asset Manager" window and u should see a drop down "Assets", it will display all folders/files from the root/images inthis drop down
6. u click on the "New Folder" link, enter the folder name "pdf" in the "New Folder Name:" field then u click on "create" button then "close & refresh"
7. change to "pdf" folder by select "Assets/pdf" from the drop down then upload a file to this folder
8. u can access to the pdf file with the URL example http://www.yousite.com/images/pdf/filename.pdf

i hope i give my best to help.
diego.
