I just thought my mail server wasn't working correctly, but now i've fixed that and i still don't get a 'Welcome to My Shop' email confirmation when i sign up as a new user. What am i missing? Is this something that isn't included? Or do i need to turn it on?

I do successfully get emails when I make a purchase or 'request my lost password.' Therefore I know things are working with my mail server.

Hi Andy,

in Cart Setup Go to Customer Information and look for Xwelcomeemail. Set this to Yes.
