Hi
Has anybody tried to setup the product configurator 3.16.9.3 in user manual.
Have redirected my page to "shopkitconfig.asp" this send it to the page but I get an error message "tmp_shopkit.htm not found"
Have search my shop files but don't seem to have the file.
Can anybody help

Hi Bob,

I completely forgot about the configurator! I don't use features on our site so don't have much need to look at the files very often. I've looked at our directory and there is a tmp_kit.htm file. Check your original VP-ASP download and see if it's in there. If not, ask support for a copy.

Hi Bob

I just tested in a default package and in the product record inserted into the Extended Description Field the following:

shopkitconfig.asp

I left the Template File and Listing fields blank.

Please try this.

Hi Cam
Have already tried this and get the error as stated previously " Cannot find tmp_kit.htm
I don't have this file in my original download.

Try saving the code between the lines as a file called tmp_kit.htm

Hi
Have saved the code to file as advised it only gives me my main description have tried to change code and now have all my data on the page except the form containing the feature options and price quantity order button I get the following error code in this section of the page:

Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a01f4'
Variable is undefined: 'prodindex'
/shopping/shopfileio.asp, line 1073

What am I doing wrong?

Have tried the help desk not much help I afraid get the same answers as I had before so unless anybody else out there has managed to get the Product Configurator to work I will have to assume that this is a part of 6.5 that just doesn't work.
