When I see posts for help, or posts on how people implemented/customized things in their cart, it is getting more and more confusing to me to know if I can answer a question or to know if the posted suggestion would work for me because people don't always list their cart version.

Do you think it might be a good idea to expand on the forum to include subcategories like CUSTOMIZATION > VERSION 5.5, VERSION 6.5, VERSION 7 , etc.....

I tend to agree or perhaps set some rules on how the title of the thread must be i.e

V700 - Customisation question
v650 - Bug XYZ

etc

Hi Lisa and Rudi,

Can definitely see your points. I scan the forum and it is impossible to know what version people are using.

I might create a sticky post for new users that will hopefully help them with posting.

I have also created a new category for version 7.0 issues
